Tips for summer fashion are many and more, and the detailing is essential as there is a chance that summer fashion can be funky and colourful, and this is why, it is essential to keep objective and not go crazy and loud with colours and fashion sensibilities! Summer fashion, though funky can be cool and soothing as well. The key is to know when to dress up cool and when to go funky! A balance in both is also feasible at many a time. Tips for summer fashion are to be cool and balanced! A few more tips that can be pin pointed and listed are as shown below:
Summer Fashion

- Drink plenty of fluids and juices to keep fresh and look fresh. Make up will not suffice. It is essential to make a balance of diet and make up for the perfect combo (combination)


- Dress in colours of the sun- orange, shades of orange, velvety purples and more, in materials that are comfortable for summer like cotton, and not linen and silk that will induce heat and make a person sweat or uncomfortable in any way. Colours like oranges and creams, pinks, purples, and more are colours that are summer centric and summer essence filled and this will be wonderful for day time in summer months and it can be in outfits such as shorts, tank tops or spaghetti tops and many more.

- Summer time can have subtle and mixed colours like creams, pinks, burgundy’s and more for the evening wear. Cotton dresses, sandals that are comfortable and short or longish skirts in material that is light and not heavy, like cotton or sometimes when needed to be adorned, material like soft or mixed linen or lycra with cotton combinations will be well suited for the evening time of summer fashion wear or summer ista look! Shoes that are comfortable and preferably sandals or open shoes for the day time are perfect for summer months. Drink liquids, as mentioned in the above to keep cool. Avoid closed shoes like boots as it is not advisable for summer months. Dress light and wear light weight make up and not dress heavy, and definite no-no to heavy make up or foundation and cover-up make up that can get heavy and look like cakey or imbalanced or unflawless make up and this is to be avoided .

The skin is affected by heat and humidity of the summer, or cold, dry wintertime air. Making just a few adjustments in your skin care routine can help keep your skin looking and feeling good all year round. A good daily skin care routine is important for everyone, but especially so for those with acne. Learn how to properly care for your skin and get the most out of your acne treatments.

Here are some tips to help prevent breakouts and clear them up as fast as possible:


Wash your face twice a day (no more) with warm water and a mild soap made for people with acne. Gently massage your face with circular motions. Don't scrub. Overwashing and scrubbing can cause skin to become irritated. After cleansing, the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) recommends applying an over-the-counter (no prescription needed) lotion containing benzoyl peroxide. This will decrease oil and bacteria. 

Don't pop pimples. It's tempting, but here's why you shouldn't: Popping pimples can push infected material further into the skin, leading to more swelling and redness, and even scarring. If you notice a pimple coming before a big event, like the prom, a dermatologist can often treat it for you with less risk of scarring or infection. 

Avoid touching your face with your fingers or leaning your face on objects that collect sebum and skin residue like your phone. Touching your face can spread the bacteria that cause pores to become inflamed and irritated. To keep bacteria at bay, wash your hands before applying anything to your face, such as treatment creams or makeup.  
If you wear glasses or sunglasses, make sure you clean them frequently to keep oil from clogging the pores around your eyes and nose.

 Avoid touching your face or propping your cheek or chin on your hands. Not only can you spread bacteria, you can also irritate the already inflamed facial skin. Never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring.

Avoid the sun. You might be having fun in the sun, but the same can't be said for your skin. The sun's rays can accelerate acne and increase inflammation. Some acne treatment products even heighten the skin's sensitivity to sunlight. If you're outside, you should always wear sunscreen. By choosing sunscreen that is non comedogenic, you can also reduce pore clogging and minimize acne.

Make your sunscreen work harder for you. Antioxidants like vitamin C offer an extra layer of protection again environmental damage and toxins, diverting them before they can damage your cells. "That's why applying them as part of your morning routine boosts the efficacy of your sunscreen," explains Amiry. "It's important to know that sunscreens are chemicals that you are applying to your skin and they absorb into your body. So, use a lighter sunscreen daily such as SPF 15 along with vitamin C and a higher sunscreen (about 30) every two hours if you are outdoors for a long period of time."
If you get acne on your body, try not to wear tight clothes. They don't allow skin to breathe and may cause irritation. Scarves, headbands, and caps can collect dirt and oil, too.Remove your makeup before you go to sleep. When buying makeup, make sure you choose brands that say "noncomedogenic" or "nonacnegenic" on the label. Throw away old makeup that smells or looks different from when you first bought it.Keep hair clean and out of your face to prevent additional dirt and oil from clogging your pores.Protect your skin from the sun. It may seem like a tan masks acne, but it's only temporary. A tan may worsen your acne, not improve it. Tanning also causes damage to skin that will eventually lead to wrinkles and increase your risk of skin cancer.

When in doubt, check with a dermatologist to see if you need more treatment to prevent or stop acne. A dermatologist can help you find the treatment method that's best for you and can also give you lots of useful tips for dealing with acne and caring for your skin type. Some salons and spas have trained skin specialists, called estheticians, who can offer advice and skin care treatments.

How to remove pimples at home



Pimples are small pustules or papules, skin lesions, inflammations of the skin, also known as zits or spots. They are a form or type of acne (a skin condition characterized by comedones - blackheads and whiteheads, nodules, cysts, scaly red skin etc.)

Many people have pimples and they constantly irritate them. But there are some simple home remedies you can use to remove them overnight or a day or two. These tips will help you have beautiful skin again.
Pimples are common skin problem not only with teenagers but with adults also.

Causes for Pimples/Acne:

Pimples/Acne can result from different causes:


    Excess secretion of sebum
    Unclean skin and poor hygiene leading to bacterial infections
    Clogging up of the pores of the skin from trapped oil, pollution, dirt and dust
    Pore-clogging (“comedogenic”) skin, cosmetics and makeup products
    Accumulation of dead skin cells and grime buildup
    Unhealthy lifestyle and dietary habits
    Overloading the body with junk food
    Not drinking enough water
    Heredity
 
 1. The first thing you that you should do before you sleep at night is to wash your face.
Once you are done washing it, slowly pat it dry. Be sure not to scratch your face too hard because the skin on your face is very sensitive. If your face is now completely dry, get some plain white toothpaste and place a small amount on your pimples and let it stay overnight.

 When you wake up the next day that is the time for you to wash it off.

 2. Another effective method of removing the pimples on your face is by applying fresh lemon juice to them.
 It is highly suggested that you do this before you tuck yourself to bed each night. This is to give the treatment some time to dry those pimples.

3.Have you ever heard of the good effects of lavender oil? This is one of the pimple remedies that you shouldn’t miss out.

4.Clear the pimple by dabbing aloe vera juice on it twice a day. You can also cleanse the skin with the mixture of baking soda and warm water.

6.Get an egg and remove the egg yolk. Apply the egg white to infected areas and leave it there until morning comes.
